Her Majesty Ashi Tseyring Pem Wangchuck, as President, oversees the management and administration of the YDF with assistance from the Management Board.

The Management Board ensures the growth and sustainability of the fund, approves the annual budget, approves and monitors projects, and oversees the financial condition of the fund.  The Bhutan Youth Development Fund is audited by the Royal Audit Authority of Bhutan. The annual and periodical progress reports help monitor and evaluate activities supported by the Bhutan Youth Development Fund
